Working Principle of Rotary Degassing Machine
A certain flow of inert gas is injected into the aluminum liquid, and the injected gas is dispersed into tiny bubbles through a rotating mechanism, and uniformly diffused and rises in the aluminum liquid, effectively removing the hydrogen in the aluminum liquid. At the same time, during the rising process of the small bubbles, the surface tension of the small bubbles can also bring some inclusions out of the melt. Through the stirring of the rotating jet head in the melt, the alloying elements in the melt can be made more uniform.
Online Rotary Degassing Machine Structure
The online degassing device for aluminum melt is composed of an electric control system, a hydraulic system, and a refined gas control cabinet.
The on-line degassing device adopts immersion heating method, the silicon carbide rod is placed in a special material (silicon carbide combined with silicon nitride) protective sleeve, and the whole is installed in the furnace body to heat and keep the aluminum liquid through radiation and convection, and stop the machine. When there is no need to discharge the aluminum liquid, to ensure that the 24h heat preservation does not cool down. Continuous measurement and display of melt temperature, heating rate ≥ 20℃/h, static aluminum liquid temperature control accuracy ≤ ±3℃, alarm when melt temperature is abnormal, parameter display and setting can be realized on temperature control intelligent instrument.
The graphite rotor assembly is composed of a rotating nozzle and a rotating shaft made of anti-oxidation high-purity graphite material. Its special structure is ingeniously matched with the specially designed refining chamber to make the bubbles produced better dispersible, which can slow down the rising speed of the bubbles, increase the probability of the bubbles trapping hydrogen and impurities, and at the same time avoid the vortex on the surface of the melt. The body of the degassing box is divided into a two-stage refining chamber and a heat preservation chamber by a partition with excellent thermal conductivity. Each chamber has a removable slag slag door for easy slag removal at any time.
The hydraulic cylinder lifting device can lift the graphite rotor assembly individually and can rotate 180°, which is convenient for the maintenance and replacement of the graphite rotor. The heater and its protective sleeve can be lifted by external force as a whole and then replaced.
