For the technical transformation project of the 18-ton melting and casting production line of Southwest Aluminium Industrial Co., Ltd., our company designed an online degassing unit, Plate-type Filtering Unit, and an online launder system.
There is a large drop between the furnace mouth and the casting pan on site. Tracking the production situation on site, the liquid level at the inlet and outlet of the equipment is low. We have adjusted the parameters of the degassing equipment, increased the speed, and increased the ventilation volume. The degassing effect of the equipment has reached the standard, and the outlet can be controlled below 0.12ml/100g-AL.
