Foam Ceramic Filter Malaysia Aluminium has the characteristics of not removing slag and effectively reducing the pollution of liquid Aluminium. Using the adsorption principle, it can effectively remove large inclusions in liquid Aluminium and effectively adsorb small inclusions in small size.
Foam Ceramic Filter Malaysia Aluminium is widely used in aluminum alloy casting bars, billets, aluminum foil, aluminum cans, high-grade aluminum profiles and other aluminum casting workshops. The filtration rate of 98-20 micron impurity particles is 98.3%, which helps to obtain perfect aluminum products. Various specifications can be produced according to customer requirements, ranging from 10PPI to 40PPI, with a maximum size of 23 inches.
AdTech ceramic foam filters are sold worldwide for liquid aluminum purification. Our filters clean aluminum used in billets, foil casting, slab casting and all other critical applications.
AdTech is committed to continuously improving filtration performance in the aluminum industry.
Unit size in filtration, dust leakage, bowl/box design, plate strength and influence of preheating – filters and bowls are critical for proper filtration performance. These elements will help you understand the performance of filters and choose the best solution for your application.
Kuala Lumpur: While China’s release of some base Metal reserves is unlikely to disrupt commodity price gains in the near term, it remains a key risk to Press Metal Aluminium Holdings Bhd, Affin Hwang Capital said.
In addition, Russia, the world’s second-largest aluminium producer after China, is imposing new export taxes on aluminium, steel products, nickel and copper, the company said.
Effen Wong said it had not changed its 2021-2023 average selling price (ASP) assumption of $2,000, $2,200 and $2,300 per tonne, respectively.
“We do not expect the current Auction in China to significantly slow price increases unless there are further large auctions at significant discounts to spot prices over a sustained period of time.
“We also believe that Russia’s move to impose export taxes on aluminium will help limit the decline in aluminium prices.
“That said, we recognise the downside risks to China’s efforts and have conducted a sensitivity analysis of the benefits based on changes in aluminium prices,” it said in a report today.
While Malaysia remains locked down, Press Metal’s smelting operations remain intact, Affin Hwang said.
Although aluminum smelting activities were not labor intensive, the labor force on site was reduced to 50% of the total labor force, but the company continued to operate the plant at full utilization.
Elsewhere, Affin Hwangbsaid Press Metal still expects its phase 3 Samalaju plant to be fully operational this month.
It added that the PT Bintan plant had also started production at its first stage refinery, with the first cargo from the plant expected to be shipped this month.
Affin Hwang maintained his “buy” call on Press Metal with a target price of RM7.30.
