The main material of the ceramic casting tips is aluminum silicate, and the surface of the finished product is uniformly sprayed with silicon carbide. It has high quality, good heat preservation performance, good moisture absorption performance, and sufficient strength and rigidity.

Aluminum sheet and strip are widely used in industries such as aerospace, food packaging, transportation, building decoration, and machinery and equipment manufacturing. The main production methods of aluminum strip are hot rolling and casting-rolling.

The aluminum plate and strip products supplied by the hot rolling method have good deep processing performance. All series of aluminum and aluminum alloy plates and strips can be produced by the hot rolling method. The multi-stand hot rolling production process is the advanced level of this production method, but the investment is huge.

The process of directly rolling liquid metal into semi-finished products or finished products is called continuous casting and rolling. The aluminum melt enters the casting area from one side of the casting roll through the ceramic fiber castertip, and then immediately meets the two rotating casting rolls that are cooled by water. The liquid aluminum melt must be solidified between the two roll gaps. The aluminum melt undergoes a certain amount of rolling deformation in a short time (2-3s) to form an aluminum strip.

Compared with the hot rolling method for billet supply, the continuous casting and rolling method has the following advantages:

Low investment, small equipment area, easy installation, use and maintenance;

The aluminum coil production cycle is short, the process flow is simple, and the energy consumption is low, so the processing cost is low.
