Aluminum launder system

Aluminum launder system is a broad term. It is divided into thermal insulation launder system fixed launder with shell and integrally fixed launder. The internal components of the launder and the lining of the launder system are of course as shown in the figure below:

The overall trough equipment has a long-life liner, adopts new high-silicon molten material molding technology, has strong corrosion resistance, does not stick to aluminum, and has no pollution to aluminum liquid, which meets the production of aluminum with high added value and high technical performance requirements. Product production know-how, the production of necessary launder equipment installed between the furnace and the casting machine, has a double function: conveying and heat preservation. It is mainly used for the transportation of molten aluminum between aluminum alloy precision casting aluminum melting furnaces, purification furnaces, casting platforms, degassing outside the stove, and filtration for aviation and transportation, such as computer hard disks, micron-level aluminum foil wool, PS board base for printing, canning materials, jet turbine engine fan blades, and other products.
